Thank you so much for your continued patience whilst we slowly come back from maternity leave. We will still be running a limited timetable for the foreseeable future, adding extra sessions as and when we can.

Weekend Workshop
Fibres and fabrics
Learn about different kinds of fibres, the differences between woven vs knitted fabrics, fabric weights, the main weaves you might come across as well as some other key fabrics.
We will be going through a variety of fabrics so you get a feel for what is right and why for particular projects, as well as reasons why you wouldn’t pick certain fabrics.
Included: a take home swatch chart that you will each make in the workshop. A great reference point when working at home.
Available dates: Sunday 23rd March 10am - 12pm (Reigate)
SEWING CLUB - for all
Bring your own projects and get help where it is needed.
If you have projects unfinished that need that push to get them complete, or if you want to try something new but have been unable to find the confidence at home. These classes are for you.
6 week course, starting on the dates below. Each session is 2 hours long.
Skill level: You don’t need to have been on a course with us before, but you need to have made something before. Either at home on your own or at a different class/group. Or been on one or more classes with us.
This course will not be suitable for absolute beginners, who can’t use a machine or haven’t made anything before.
Please don’t book this course if you can’t use a sewing machine, it will not be suitable. Please book our beginner lesson zero - see further down.

Beginner Lesson Zero
Learn how to thread up and work your machine, basic stitches, seams and hems, and make your first useful 3D project. No prior experience necessary!

Beginner dressmaking course
Make your first garment, or get back in to dressmaking on our beginner dressmaking course. Make a basic skirt over 5 consecutive weeks, starting on the dates below.
You must be able to already use a sewing machine to book this course. If you don’t know how to thread it up and sew straight stitch, you will need to book our lesson zero too (above).

Overlocker beginner course
Make your first garment on your overlocker, or get your confidence back after a long break. Make a basic t-shirt over 5 consecutive weeks, starting on the dates below.
You must be able to already use an overlocker to book this course. If you don’t know how to thread it up, you will need to book our overlocker lesson zero too (above).
